As sometimes happens, I can’t think of anything to really say about this paper doll. It’s the second page of the Jessica set and there will be one more. I’m fond of the teal dress, because I still like the bodice. Many of the pieces came directly from fashion magazines- the blue dress is one case- but some don’t and I think over all that weakens the paper doll. I wish I’d done either everything high fashion or kept it all more casual.

  1. If it’s any consolation, I can’t tell which pieces came from fashion magazines ^^;; I really like the bodice on the teal dress, too, and I think the color-block white and fuchsia dress is chic. The little target on the hip would look great when walking, assuming a gal had the right kind of walk 🙂

  2. I like the sweater and the cowgirl boots. They would look great with a pair of skinny jeans. =]

  3. Liana- Personally, I love color blocked dresses, and I think this paper doll would have the right kind of walk. 🙂

Monica- yeah the sweater and the boots would look cute with jeans- though I must confess a certain dislike of the skinny style (being a woman with hips, they are not at all flattering on me), I suppose the advantage paper dolls is that they never complain.

  4. I like the mixed styles, she can dress up, but still have clothes to wear when dressing up would be too much. I love the color of the blue dress, it’s so vibrant.

I also dislike skinny jeans, but I don’t like them because they remind me of those awful stretchy jeans with the straps on the bottom that went under your feet. I just can’t get over the clothes I had no choice to wear when I was a kid.
